Decca's Space
Here is the view in Decca's space

A Space to Feel Seen and Supported
Whether you are navigating trauma, stress, parenting challenges, or personal growth, Decca creates a nurturing, grounded space where you can feel heard and accepted.

She draws from a range of therapeutic approaches to shape care around each client’s needs, with attention to emotions, relationships, and the ways difficult experiences can affect both mind and body.
Play Therapy for Children
Decca practices Child-Centered Play Therapy, giving children opportunities to express feelings and explore experiences through their natural language of play. She follows each child’s lead with warmth and acceptance, supporting emotional expression, self-understanding, and growth.
She also incorporates sandtray therapy into her work, offering another way for clients to express experiences that may be difficult to put into words.
Trauma Therapy and EMDR
Decca is a Certified EMDR Therapist™ with additional training in approaches addressing attachment injuries, parts work, and the body’s responses to trauma.
